The USM Holiday Shops Auction will open at 12:00 p.m. on October 25, 2017.

Bidding will close at 8:30 p.m. “Sign-Up Parties” will be sold on a first-come,
first-served basis to a specified maximum number of guests who commit to a
predetermined per person charge.

Bid requirements are indicated for each item on Text2Bid and on the auction
item displays. Items will be awarded to the highest bidder whose bid meets
the final designated, required incremental increase and is otherwise a valid
and acceptable final bid. Designated members of the Holiday Shops
Committee have final and absolute authority to determine winning bidders.

Winning guests not registered with Express Checkout must return to the
registration table to pay by check or credit card. They will then collect their
item and receipt. Check out will begin promptly at 9:00 p.m.

Fair market values of auction items are estimates submitted by donors and
have not been independently verified. Details listed in Text2Bid take
precedence over any previously published descriptions. In the event that

payment is not collected by 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 26, 2017, items
may be awarded to the next highest bidder.

All sales are final and all items are sold as is, and without any warranties
whatsoever. Please see individual certificate for expiration date and
restrictions. There will be no refunds or exchanges.
