How to Access Employee Self Service for
Direct Deposit and Tax Withholdings
How do I access Employee Self-Service?
Go to the myHR Portal
Go to the Quick Links section on the lower right
hand side of your screen.
Click on Employee Self-Service
You are required to verify or set up your Tax
Withholdings and Direct Deposit infor-
mation. This must be completed be-
fore the 2nd Friday after orientation
week. (example, you start on Monday May
4th, this must be completed before Friday
May 15th.)
*If you entered tax withholdings and di-
rect deposit information during your pre-
boarding paperwork, you do not need to
do it a 2nd time.
