Risk Evaluation and Management
Aim: This programme aims to help healthcare professionals
to see the tangible benefits from risk assessment and good
risk management principles.
Course Outline: Step by step risk management, how to
spot, record, report and manage risks in order to prevent
harm. High risk areas highlighted and explained. Look at
situations, activities, equipment. What might need
assessing? Health, food risks, incident planning. Implications
and process explored.
Objectives: To provide a practical, time saving and helpful
way to identify risks using a comprehensive approach and to
set in place a risk management plan to avert danger to
patients, residents, staff and visitors.
Target Audience: All healthcare employees interested in
receiving an update on Risk Assessment and Management.
