The Art League of Ocean City, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to the enrichment of life through the
arts and has been in existence since the 1960s. Activities are available for every age and all skill levels-from children’s exhibits and professional workshops to museum excursions and group outings. Monthly receptions offer an opportunity to socialize, enjoy, and appreciate both artistic and culinary creations. The Art League Gallery is open Monday–Friday 9 am–4 pm and Saturday–Sunday 11 am–4 pm.

The Arts and Entertainment District Program was created in 2001 to designate areas throughout the State that would use art and cultural resources to revitalize communities. By concentrating on art and cultural resources, the districts can be a catalyst for revitalizing neighborhoods.

The MSO was founded in 1997 and is a “traveling” professional orchestra that consists of a conductor and 40 professionally trained musicians. The orchestra performs in four locations on the Eastern Shore and Delmarva Peninsula. Concert performances take place in September, October, December, March, and April. The mission of the Worcester County Arts Council is to aid, encourage, advise, and correlate all activities dedicated to the promotion of the arts in Worcester County.
The Worcester County Arts Council is a non-profit organization, funded in part through grants from the Maryland State Arts Council, the Worcester County Commissioners, and contributions from our membership of approximately 300.
The Arts Council believes that communities benefit from art. Their purpose and goal is to enrich the lives of those in the community by promoting and encouraging the arts. Gallery open Monday–Friday 11 am–3 pm and some Saturdays.
