Atlantic Ocean
The Ocean City area is named the White Marlin Capital of the World and rated one of the best spots for bill fishing in the U.S. Many types of fish may be found in the deep blue Atlantic including mako and dolphin, white and blue marlin, and sometimes a sailfish. Ocean City is known for bottom fishing in the bays and deep-sea fishing offshore.
Pocomoke River
Yellow and white perch, eel, gar, sunfish, pickerel, catfish, crappie, bluegill herring, spot croakers, bluefish, and largemouth bass are just a few of the many fish varieties that live in the beautiful water. The Pocomoke River is said to be challenging for fisherman of all levels.
