About Ian Martincich

Ian Martincich epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and
creative service in every detail of your real estate
transaction. Ian grew up in the Cape Town area and started
his sales habit at the age of 13, selling frozen juice sachets
to fellow scholars during breaks. Ian has passed the Estate
Agency Affairs Board’s Professional Designation Exams
Level 4 (Full Status Estate Agent) and Level 5 (Principal
Estate Agent) and currently holds a Master Practitioner in
Real Estate (MPRE) qualification.

A keen endurance athlete he can often be found hiking or training for his next event. In the winter after the fresh
rain you will probably find him on the mountain exploring some of the many trails the Western Cape boasts.
Summers belong to long road bike rides out in the Stellenbosch/Franschoek areas. Having completed half and full
Ironman events, completing the Robben Island crossing, the Unogwaja Challange, (where he was part of a team
who raised over R1.2million for primary school education and various charities in South Africa by cycling 10 days
from Cape Town to Pietermaritzburg and on day 11 running the Comrades marathon.) And, most recently he has
also completed his first 100 mile trail run through the Addo Elephant Park finishing in 36h20min. He takes this
never quit attitude into all his business dealings and is continually challenging himself looking to push the
boundaries and seeking out the next adventure.

Ian uses his experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. He and his
team work to initiate communication between banks and transferring attorneys in every detail of the transaction,
from the first phone call all the way to close. He leads, trains and motivates his team to communicate with you
