• Authorized family and friends may reserve up to two (2) Family & Friends rate rooms per hotel stay, subject to availability.
• For each hotel stay and based on availability, Eligible Participants can book up to seven (7) consecutive nights at Team Member rates and up to seven (7) consecutive nights at Family & Friends rates, or vice versa, for up to fourteen (14) consecutive nights total.
• Authorized family and friends may book up to seven (7) consecutive nights under Family & Friends rates, based on availability.
• Go Hilton rates follow the same minimum night requirements that apply to any other reservation at a hotel. This means that if a hotel has a two-night minimum on a particular night, Go Hilton rooms will only be available for stays of two nights or more.
• All standard hotel late cancellation fees and no show policies and procedures apply to all Go Hilton Team Member and Family & Friends rate reservations. In addition to the late cancellation and no show penalties, those room nights will be treated as stays and will be deducted from your applicable Go Hilton calendar year room night totals.
• You may not book Go Hilton Team Member and/or Family & Friends rate rooms at different hotels for the same stay dates.
• Team Member rates are only for active Eligible Participants. Once your employment ends, all existing Team Member rate reservations will be cancelled, and you will no longer be able to access the Go Hilton booking site to book new Go Hilton reservations.
• Existing Family & Friends rate reservations that were booked before your employment ends will still be honored after your employment ends, both for you and for your authorized family and friends, as a matter of courtesy for HHonors members. However, once your employment ends, neither you or your family/friends will be able to access the Go Hilton booking site to book new Go Hilton reservations.
Reservation Check-In
• Reservations made under the Go Hilton travel programs do not require a Passport or any other kind of paper authorization form at check-in. Passports are also no longer required for reservations made under the original Team Member and Family Travel Programs. Authorized family and friends do not need a Passport, either.
• All guests traveling under the Team Member and Family & Friends Travel Programs only need to show valid photo ID for identification purposes, such as a driver’s license or other government- issued photo ID.
Walk Policy
• Occasionally, a hotel may find itself in an overbooked situation. All Team Member and Family & Friends rate reservations are to be honored as any other reservation for an HHonors member. Thus, walk policy rules apply the same to Team Member and Family & Friends reservations as to any other reservation type. The guest should be walked to another local hotel within a reasonable distance.
