beforehand to confirm the restaurants/outlets offering the F&B discount and what is included in the discount.
• The F&B discount will be available at participating restaurant outlets when an Eligible Participant is staying at the hotel under a Team Member or Family & Friends rate. The Eligible Participant must be present at the restaurant to receive the discount. The discount can be applied for up to 6 people in a party (including the Eligible Participant). Children, regardless of age, count towards the 6 person limit. Family and friends are not able to receive the F&B discount on their own.
• When you arrive at the restaurant outlet, you MUST notify the server that you are an Eligible Participant of Go Hilton and verify that the restaurant outlet participates in the discount program. Present your Team Member HHonors card (either the physical card or the virtual card from the HHonors app) and a valid photo ID (such as a driver's license or other government- issued photo ID) as proof of eligibility for the discount. If you recently signed up for Team Member HHonors and have not received your card yet, a copy of your Team Member HHonors enrollment confirmation email with a valid photo ID is acceptable.
Reservation Booking/Management
• Eligible Participants and authorized family and friends will log in at the Go Hilton booking site with their Team Member HHonors or HHonors sign in and password to manage their own reservations.
• All reservations, changes and cancellations must be made online at the Go Hilton booking
site. The Hilton Reservations & Customer Care (HRCC) center, HHonors Customer Care, and hotels will not be able to make reservations for you for Team Member or Family & Friends rates.
• Reservations and rates made under the original Team Member and Family Travel Programs will be honored under the Go Hilton travel programs, including for any rooms that were expected to be complimentary.
• You may book rooms anywhere from one year in advance up to the day of the stay, based on availability.
• Eligible Participants cannot book Team Member or Family & Friends rates at the hotel where they regularly work. However, there are no prohibitions on staying at a nearby property.
• Your authorized family and friends may book Family & Friends rates at the hotel where you regularly work.
• For each hotel stay and subject to availability, Eligible Participants may reserve up two (2) rooms for a Team Member rate and up to two (2) rooms for a Family & Friends rate, for a maximum of four (4) rooms per hotel stay between the two rates.
