authorized family and friends will use their own HHonors number/username and password to sign into the Go Hilton booking site to make their own reservations under Family & Friends rates.
o You must "authorize" your family and friends by adding them to your Family & Friends list with the Go Hilton Account application, located under My Applications in the Lobby.
o Your Family & Friends list can hold up to 10 people at a time. However, you can add or remove names at any point on an as needed basis.
o Family and friends can only be on one Eligible Participant's Family & Friends list at a time.
o Eligible Participants cannot be placed on the Family & Friends list of another Eligible Participant.
• The Go Hilton room rates can be used at any Hilton branded hotel globally, based on availability, with the following exceptions: the hotel where you are regularly employed and Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) locations. Your approved family and friends can book Family & Friends rates at the hotel where you are regularly employed.
• Hotels that leave the Hilton Worldwide system will not honor Team Member and Family & Friends rates for stays that have already been booked.
Room Rates & Number of Room Nights
• Eligible Participants can book and use up to 30 Team Member room nights per calendar year at the following standard rates (in US Dollars or equivalent rate in local currency):
o USD $35 for Hampton, Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites, Home2 Suites, and Tru by Hilton
o USD $55 for Hilton Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree, Embassy Suites, and Canopy
o USD $65 for Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, and Curio
o Please note: 1) These rates are per room per night; they are not per person; 2) These rates are before including any necessary taxes, but any applicable resort fees are waived; 3) For hotels in the EMEA and APAC regions, the rate includes breakfast; 4) All- inclusive hotels/resorts have these same rates as the standard; 5) Team Member rates may be higher for certain hotels in markets with above average operating costs or where necessary based on local tax regulations.
• Eligible Participants must be present for Team Member rate stays.Eligible Participants or authorized family and friends will be able to book and use up to 30 Family & Friends room nights
