To ensure the health of our team members and guests our company nurse is available next to the HR office. In case you feel any medical discomfort, please contact her directly. Beside this every team member within the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah will be entitled with a medical and life insurance. For further details about the policy please contact our company nurse.
Team Member Discounts
Every team member of the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah will receive a team member card. This card is your internal identification card. With this TM card you will be entitled for discounts at the F&B outlet of all Ras Al Khaimah Hilton properties furthermore multiple companies in the surroundings of Ras Al Khaimah are offering discounts to Hilton team members.
Team Member Travel Rates
Eligibility
• Eligible Participants can take advantage of all Go Hilton privileges, including Team Member room rates, Family & Friends room rates, and Food & Beverage (F&B) discounts. The following groups are Eligible Participants:
o Active employees at Hilton Worldwide corporate offices, owned and managed properties, Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) locations, and active on-property employees at independently owned and operated franchised hotels. This includes all regular full-time and part-time staff and seasonal staff, as long as they are actually employed by Hilton Worldwide and/or the hotel.
o All active business partners working at Hilton Worldwide Reservations & Customer Care (HRCC) centers
o Owners Recognition Club Members
• Eligibility for Eligible Participants begins immediately upon hire, without any wait period.
• The following groups are NOT Eligible Participants, so they cannot access Team Member rates or F&B discounts. However, they would be eligible for Family & Friends rates if added as authorized users by an Eligible Participant.
