PFC Racing Compounds
Select the PFC compound listed below that best suits requirements. All sets are completely race-ready pads requiring no bedding.
All pads are boxed per axle set, four pads per box. All PFC compounds are painted black.
Compound Description
Pads offer a good initial bite with very little torque rise and temperature increase for improved modulation and superior release. All-purpose pads are

suited to a wide variety of applications including road course, oval track, short track, etc.
Medium-friction pads deliver the ultimate in control with super disc conditioning. Based on the 01 compound, pads feature improved bite, modulation,

and release characteristics. Ideally suited to medium- or low-grip applications including vehicles using ABS.
High-friction compound was developed from the 01 compound with increased bite and modulation, while offering superior disc conditioning and release

characteristics. Works well with severe braking applications including heavy, fast, or high downforce cars.
Lighter, medium distance friction compound combines the benefits of ultimate braking control and superior disc conditioning. Pads offer lower cold bite

and reduced wheel lock-up at the end of a stop. Higher thermal stability. Works well with medium- to low-grip venues.
Best at slowing down under the most severe conditions. Pads offer a high degree of bite with a rising torque curve to handle extreme braking, while

offering low wear characteristics. A viable choice nearly 20 years after its release.
Popularly used in CART, ALMS, Grand Am, ASA, and on touring or rally cars. Pads offer a higher bite than 90 compound with slightly more torque. Great

modulation with a very flat torque curve, while being easy on discs with very low wear. A general-purpose pad for all venues.
