     TUNA
            BURGERS
                             Servings: 1
            Directions: Mix together 1 can of tuna, 1 whole egg, 1 tbsp
            of ground flax, 1 tbsp of shallots, 1 tsp each of: onion
            powder, parsley, ginger and sea salt. Bake in a pan on
            medium heat, alternating sides (about 4 mins each side)
            Serve with asparagus.                                                                                                        59
