IT REQUIRES
An ideal with the 21ST century skills because most of the teachers in
the school are vulnerable in technology. They focus more in
traditional teaching and then learners find the lessons boring. The
school is a well resources school with smart classes but the smart
boards are not utilised for learner’s interests. Therefore an ideal
teacher with the 21st century skills is needed in order to transform
the traditional teaching into a more live teaching. Because; learners
become more interested when lessons are conducted in a more
realistic situation. A teacher with these skills can help to transform
learner’s minds in a more effective way. Given the fact that these
learners make it look like they are being forced to attend school
every day, so I think they need a teacher with technological skills in
order to draw their attention and have their full interest in attending
school every day.
