QUOTE REPORT

Quote report: This will be providing a sales regulation function, but it will not be a sale, it
will only be showing prices or needs that the client wants to know. To save information
on customer needs and to provide a better service when making a purchase. It will also
serve the company when it comes to meeting the explicit needs of the client and being
able to provide better service in the future. Keep in mind that if there is a wrong space,
the system will send a warning message and data correction.

In this selection they provide us with direct access buttons such as:

• Save: With this button the employee will have the possibility to save the quote for a
future sale and have it in the database, as this will further streamline the sale process.

• New: This button will allow the employee to create a new quote, without having to
close and reopen this section.

• Print: This button will allow you to print the quote to the client without having to
make a purchase, it will guarantee that the client is satisfied with their needs, is sure of
the resources acquired and is sure of what they are going to acquire with the company.

• Delete: This button will allow the employee to delete a bad quote or simply an
unnecessary quote.

• Search: This button will allow the employee to search for quotes created and speed
up their sales
