Bea reached for the rabbit, hoping to lure her out of the bush, but a lorry roared past and the bunny dived back into the undergrowth again. Bea straightened up. “It’s a little rabbit with beautiful golden fur,” she told Keira. “I’m sure it isn’t a wild animal! It’s not frightened of me at all. It’s just scared of all the loud noises on the street.”
