POLICY:
It is the policy of the Light of Truth Center, Inc. to establish strategic goals, managing expectations, achieving established outcomes and LTC’s logic model to continually review, improve and promote LTC programs and services. The Light of Truth Center, Inc. policy promotes the ongoing monitoring, of services and outcomes utilizing participant and stakeholder feedback.
PROCEDURES:
1. Periodically provide participant satisfaction surveys.
2. Monitor established goals and objectives
3. Annually review LTC’s logic model expectations and strategic plan outcomes
4. Complete group and workshop survey upon completion of the session
5. Periodically provide wellness assessments for participants
6. Provide stakeholders and board of directors surveys.
