1.A.4 a-c Leadership Accessibility
POLICY:
It is the policy of the Light of Center Inc. to ensure there are always open lines of communication between participants, staff, community and stakeholders. The Light of Truth Center, Inc. will always have a vehicle by which participant, personnel and other stakeholders can communicate, address concerns and provide suggestions. LTC has instituted an open door policy through which participants, staff and stakeholders have an additional line of communication.
PROCEDURES:
1. Participants have the options to talk with staff or the Executive Director at any time convenient to both parties.
2. Participants will use LTC system to log suggestions or complaints.
3. LTC’s morning meeting check-in is the perfect venue for participants to talk with the team.
4. LTC has adapted a virtual open door process to encourage participants, personnel and
stakeholders to drop in and discuss issues.
5. As a result of COVID-19 the Light of Truth Center, Inc. has created a virtual open door policy.
An open door policy allows staff, participants and stake holders to join a standard regularly
scheduled zoom meeting and have an open conversation with the CEO.
6. Stakeholder may also contact the organization via LTC’s website or can call the office at any
time during regular office hours.
