1.A.1 LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE
POLICY:
It is the policy of Light of Truth Center, Inc. to ensure its leadership structure adheres to and maintains the goals, vision, core beliefs, core values and mission of the organization. LTC will fully embrace accountability and demonstrate social responsibility while maintain LTC’s mission.
PROCEDURES:
1. Ensure that all programs and activities are in alignment with the organizations mission, vision core beliefs and core values.
2. Ensure the board of director’s overseers the governance and prevents mission drift and ensures accountability and responsibility for upholding the organizations structure.
3. Properly Identify roles and responsibilities of the leadership team.
4. LTC will embrace and maintain policy and procedures which encompass corporate
compliance.
5. LTC is not only gender responsive it is also culturally aware celebrating differences via the
development of all-inclusive policies and procedures.
6. The board of directors shall oversee the governance of the organization and responsible for
the financial viability
