1.A.1.b LEVELS OF LEADERSHIP -LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the overarching organization and leadership portion of the Light of Truth Center, Inc. The board of directors is responsible for overseeing the governance of the organization and has a fiduciary responsibility to the organization.
Executive Director
The Executive is the face of the organization and is responsible for the day to day operation of the organization. The Executive Director manages, guides and supports all aspects of the organization. The Executive Director plans, develops, implements programs, solidifies the infrastructure, establishes outcomes and evaluation and the overall wellness of the LTC.
Operations Manager
The Operations Manager manages all aspect of the organization operations and handles ordering materials, setting up installations, IT support, procurement, scheduling repairs and maintenance. The Operations Manager maintains the overall health of the organization.
Program Administrator
The Program Administrator oversees all programs ensuring LTC achieves and maintains its outcomes and objectives. The Program Administrator works closely with the Executive Director, Clinical
Director, staff and volunteers to achieve LTC goals.
Director /Clinical Supervisor
The Director and Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of the clinical program and its participants. The Clinical Supervisor works closely with the Executive Director and Program Administrator to develop and implement programming and ensure participants are receiving clinical services that are providing participants with a meaningful, life altering experiences. Communication Coordinator and Volunteer Liaison
The Communications Coordinator and Volunteer Liaison is responsible for an array of services. The services include website design and maintenance, social media, design and creation of brochures and organizational information documentations. The Volunteer Liaison works with the community to engage volunteers and to bring new and engaging opportunities for the women we serve.
Accountant
The accountant works closely with the Light of Truth Center, Inc. to address all financial opportunities, financial standards of operation, to support financial audits, provide clarity
on financial matters and submit billing and tax documents.
