Pot a Wellie for Paddington
In 1958 ‘A Bear Called Paddington’ was first published. To celebrate the 60th anniversary, come along to Cooper Garden, bring your old wellies to fill with compost then pop in a plant. Expert horticulturalist, Emily Gratton-Rayson will be on hand to help. Join professional puppet maker Amy Hirst and use your imagination to invent your own bear puppet! Be inspired by famous bears in the exhibition and create your own character. Transform everyday materials like paper, fabric and recycled packaging into a Bear puppet then learn how to make it move!
