SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT MEASURES


        Introduction of Contactless Thermal Scanning and Ticket Checking:

                                                      During the Corona pandemic, first time over SCR,
                                                      Guntur Division  has conceptualized  and introduced
                                                      Contactless Thermal Scanning and Ticket Checking
                                                      System for transporting the passengers with the best
                                                      possible  and safest manner incorporating latest
                                                      innovative technology.


                                                      These systems were incorporated at major stations for
                                                      thermal screening of passengers and ticket checking




        Covid-19 Preventive Measures Taken for Passengers & Staff

                                                  To maintain the social distance, queue marking prints are
                                                  provided at all major Booking counters to restrict crowd
                                                  formation and thereby preventing transmission of virus.
                                                  Awareness Audio clips are being played frequently at all
                                                  public announcement systems across Guntur Division.

                                                  Regular and frequent cleaning is being done at premises
                                                  of all stations along with areas which are susceptible to
                                                  spread virus.

                                                 Posters were  displayed at  all stations across Guntur
                                                 Division for creating awareness among the travelling public
                                                 and staff.

                                                 Handouts containing awareness information deployed
                                                 among all the staff at stations across Guntur Division and
                                                 sensitized them to  maintain utmost  cleanliness at
                                                 workplace especially passenger approaching areas.

                                                 Necessary  masks, hand sanitizers, Hand  gloves, face
                                                 shields  and liquid shop wash were supplied to  all
                                                 commercial units for use of front-line staff of commercial
                                                 department.

                                                 Bidirectional speakers were provided at  all Booking &
                                                 enquiry counters over Guntur Division for safety of
                                                 passengers and staff.

                                                 Automatic Contactless Sanitizer Dispenser Units were
                                                 provided at all major stations for enhanced safety of
                                                 passengers.
