I would not want to picture living without my golden doodle Dixie. She has been my best friend since I was 12. We love to swim every summer, share our bed, and cuddle watching movies. Learning to train her has taught me more about patience than I would have expected. She has taught me what the joy of unconditional love from an animal can bring to my life.

A secret wish of my heart would to be a travel nurse. I want to see the country while helping others. I would love to bring my golden doodle Dixie along for all of my adventures during my time off.

I have learned that not all lessons are easy or quick to learn. Some of the best lessons take time to understand. Sometimes not winning is more important than the actual win. In the end the journey of learning teaches the best lesson.
