What can you do during your Tenure of Service as a Titleholder to impact your community?
During my time as the Miss Tennessee Teen Volunteer it would be my pleasure to become as involved in my community as possible. I believe the heart of the state lies in the people that live there, and that is why I want to fully commit my year to joining in the community events that Tennessee already cherishes. I would also like to implement my own community action events, making selflessness and service my top priority. I will devote time leading by example in the work that brings us all together! I look forward to growing closer to my home state through the hard work that benefits our citizens.
What has been your involvement with your platform?
I was recently honored to become the West Tennessee Ambassador for my platform; Leashes Leading Love. This Nonprofit Organization is close to my heart because I have always had a wonderful connection with animals, so helping them live a happy life is truly a dream come true! As an Ambassador for this organization I will be able to bring more awareness to the local Humane Society in order to promote healthy and stable adoptions for the eligible animals. I love to spread a bit of sweetness everywhere I go, which is also why I also like to bring cupcakes to the workers at the Humane Society in order to thank them for taking such good care of these precious animals! I am inspired to become more involved in my platform in order to help promote adoption and love for those that only want to love us back.
