but we’re going to calculate this as your net worth, when you subtract the liabilities from the assets. For some of
you, the net worth may be zero or a negative number, but once you’re in the Wealth Cycle Process that will change.
After you’ve filled in these four boxes, you need to go to Question 5 of the Gap Analysis and ask yourself, “What
else?” Make sure there are no orphan IRAs or small loans from Uncle Joe that you need to include.
Now that you’ve answered Questions 1 to 5 of the Gap Analysis and filled in the Financial Baseline with the
numbers from your REAL Financial Statements, you might have an idea of how your building blocks need to be
sequenced. For example, if your Financial Baseline reveals that you don’t make and retain enough income, you have
to begin your building blocks with Cash Machine, then Entities, followed by Forecasting, Wealth Account, Assets,
and Debt Management. If your Financial Baseline reveals overwhelming debt, then you need to consider a sequence
that starts with the Wealth Account, followed by Debt Management, Cash Machine, Entities, Forecasting, and then
Assets. If you noticed you have a lot of income but little cash on hand and many underperforming assets, you need
to start with the Assets building block, followed by the Cash Machine, Entities, Forecasting, Wealth Account, and
               Debt Management.
The Financial Baseline assessment is critical. It can also be somewhat intense and emotional. But once it’s
completed, it is a lot easier to maintain, either by yourself or with the help of a bookkeeper, and you are well on your
               way to generating your wealth.
