ISU Lab High alumnus gives scholarship pro-
gram

A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between
Isabela State University and Cloud 9 Holdings
Incorporated was forged this day, September
21, 2018, for a scholarship program.
Mr. Leonardo J. Ting, Jr., President and Chief
Executive Officer of the said private company is
a graduate of ISU Laboratory High School Class
of 1979. Mr. Ting initiated the said scholarship
program in reciprocation of the wisdom he has
acquired in the University.

As part of the agreement, Mr. Ting will provide a
monthly allowance and book allowance each
semester to the chosen recipients.

Prior to the signing of the MOA, the University
conducted screening among the students and
selected five deserving scholars to benefit the
said program until finishing their studies, provid-
ed that they satisfy their obligations as stipulat-
ed in the MOA.

Among the five scholars of Cloud 9 Holdings
Incorporated are Jhocrison V. Collawit and
Francess Anne Foronda, both taking up Bache-
lor of Science in Accountancy; Jeffrey G. Con-
stantino and Angelica I. Cordova, both taking up
Bachelor of Science in Information and Commu-
nication Technology; and Eddie T. Castro Jr.
who currently takes up Bachelor of Science in
Agriculture.

The MOA is effective for four years after its sign-
ing and the scholars will enjoy the privileges
starting August 2018.
