In line with RA 9262 and its 18-day Campaign to Eliminate Violence against Women and Children
(VAWC), the Geneder and Development and Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) conduct
and interactive 3-hours VAWC awareness Seminar which takes off from the screening of the movie
BOSES to a discussion of the special laws as well as cultural values. BOSES is a Filipino film that
shows healing from abuse is a possible even through unexpected relationships and music. The activity
was conducted on December 4, 2018 at De Venecia Hall, ISU Echague and it was participated by
LGBT, 4Ps students, GAD Focal committee, scholarship coordinator OSAS Director, SS/SBO Officers
and Guidance Councelors.
