Nothing has changed from an OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen standard from Samaritan to Hamilton other than her lifting a red bag (wearing rubber gloves) out of the red bin and placing it in the dirty room large Stericycle container. She is not handling the waste inside the bag.
Nova, there seems to be some other concerns from what Margaret did before to now?

We need to ensure we have the documented protocol for our internal records and I requested documentation related to the minimum OSHA required Blood-Borne Pathogen training, compliance with Universal Precautions and any requirements for PPE that would be required with the additional duties, to determine how the change in scope of work impacts liability.
