Security Interest Agreement KP-2020-9001
of Incorporated dated April 05 2013 certifying mandatory compliance to lawful operations by Dr. Robert M. Pearl, M.D. and Dr. Patricia G. Padilla, M.D., duly elected and acting Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer/President and Corporate Secretary, respectively of the Permanente Medical Group, Inc., at the time of execution.
The basis for the security interest charged herein is exclusively derived from legal evidence acknowledged by California Corporate Charter No. A0739073 authorized agents, associated billing cost schedule, pursuant to amounts specified in the law setting forth the offenses, for California Corporate Charter No. A0739073, a chartered United States Organization through Nancy L. Woods acting as, Facility Manager, Service Unit Manager for California Corporate Charter No. A0739073, August 2019 to February 2020 (herein “NLW”) and Nova Despaigne acting as MPA, Service Unit Manager to California Corporate Charter No. A0739073, August 2011 to February 2020 (herein “ND”). Legal evidence consists wholly in official business records delivered by e-mail itemized herein. Legal evidence to illegal operations and criminal acts by the offenders are thereby self-certifying to the execution of official duties ultra-vires for willful interference in trade and commerce by violence, threats, coercion and intimidation as the collateral securitizing this claim for illegal operations, dishonest services and breach of public trust.
This self-executing contract is derived by consent, certified by authorized officers, under the SECOND Article, to Articles of Incorporation, filed April 5, of 2013 agreement, agreeing not to engage in illegal business practices, or practice unlawful commercial acts. Contents herein serve as self-authenticating legal evidence by every United States officer, agent, court of law and equity, court of maritime jurisdiction, and in every tribunal without any further proof, or authorization.

Charges for willful, intentional interference in trade and commerce by violence, threats, coercion and intimidation established by LEGAL EVIDENCE delivered by official E-mail Business Records to IR, now accepted an acknowledged receipt as itemized herein constitute the legal basis to recovery incontestable security interest accrued by IR, the recipient of fraudulent misrepresentation in business transactions executed through NLW and ND by infringement against California Corporate Charter No. A0739073 in the course of official duties. These breach of the public peace by the failure to comply with Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation effective 04/05/2013, are violations against the laws of the State of California and the laws of the United States.
The stated purpose under the Amended and Restated Articles, is compliance with the laws of the United States. This contract agreement requires that everyone authorized to operate under California Corporate Charter No. A0739073 as an authorized agent, is mandated to perform official duties within the confines of the law, in exchange gain the privilege from operating the public chartered corporation, a position of public trust to the United States. These duties require every authorized agent to ensure performance of official duties in compliance with State and Federal laws.
Security interest is derived from the deliberate intentional failure to operate a professional service corporation in compliance with the law, criminal offenses that entail willful violations by authorized agents, to infringe against California Corporate Charter No. A0739073 Amended Articles of Incorporation, executed April 4, 2013 filed April 5, 2013 with State of California Secretary of State. Commercial offense as defined by United States law is not limited to oppression under color of official right, and willful infringement against the public peace.
