Restraint of trade offenses as defined by United States law, encompass interference in trade and commerce by violence, threats, coercion, and intimidation. Every act is subject to fine up to $100,000,000 against California Corporate Charter No. A0739073 or by imprisonment not exceeding 10 years, or by both. 26 Stat. 209
