  §242. Deprivation of rights under color of law
Wright, Finlay & Zak LLP. Attorneys and clients, under color of any law, statute, ordi-
nance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects civilians to the several States of the American
Union, to the deprivation of rights, privileges, and immunities secured or protected by the
Constitution, laws of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more
than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this
section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous
weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten
years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if
such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an at-
tempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title,
or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

§285. Taking or using papers relating to claims
Wright, Finlay & Zak LLP. and clients, claim to have without authority, taken and car- ried away from the Securities and Exchange Commission, the note and deed of trust annexed to WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificate Series 2007-OA6 where it was filed, deposited, or kept by authority of the United States, any certificate, affidavit, deposition, statement of facts, power of attorney, receipt, voucher, assignment, or other document, record, file, or pa- per prepared, fitted, or intended to be used or presented to procure the payment of money from or by the United States or any officer, employee, or agent thereof, or the allowance or payment of the whole or any part of any claim, account, or demand against the United States, whether the same has or has not already been so used or presented, and whether such claim, account, or demand, or any part thereof has or has not already been allowed or paid; or
Whoever presents, uses, or attempts to use any such document, record, file, or paper so taken and carried away, to procure the payment of any money from or by the United States, or any officer, employee, or agent thereof, or the allowance or payment of the whole or any part of any claim, account, or demand against the United States—
