§286. Conspiracy to defraud the Government with respect to claims
Wright, Finlay & Zak LLP. and clients, entered into agreement, combination, and con-
spiracy to defraud the United States, or the Employees’ Securities Company an agency there-
of, by obtaining or aiding to obtain the payment or allowance of any false, fictitious or fraud-

§371. Conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud United States
Wright, Finlay & Zak LLP. and clients, conspired to commit offenses against the United States, and to defraud the United States, and Employees’ Securities Company agency thereof in the manner and for the purpose of each to effect the object of the conspiracy to defraud, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
If, however, the offense, the commission of which is the object of the conspiracy, is a misdemeanor only, the punishment for such conspiracy shall not exceed the maximum pun- ishment provided for such misdemeanor.

§372. Conspiracy to impede or injure officer
Wright, Finlay & Zak LLP. and clients, conspired to prevent, by force, intimidation, and threat, Natural Person Ralph employer and real party in interest from holding office of the Entitlement Holder as registered office holder of confidence under the United States, and from discharging duties thereof, and to induce by like means the officer of the United States to leave the place, real party in interest to the several States of the American Union, where his duties as an officer are required to be performed, and to injure him in his civilian person and property on account of his lawful discharge of the duties of his office, while engaged in the lawful discharge thereof, to injure his property so as to molest, interrupt, hinder, or impede him in the discharge of his official duties, by classification of employee, citizen rather than the
