and documents for Assignment, knowing the same to contain materially false, fictitious, or
fraudulent statements . Shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 5 years
these offenses involve acts of terrorism subject to imprisoned not more than 8 years, or both.

§1002. Possession of false papers to defraud United States
Wright, Finlay & Zak LLP. & clients, knowingly and with intent to defraud the United
States, and Employees’ Securities Company agency thereof, acknowledges possessing false,
altered, forged, and counterfeited assignment, for the purpose of enabling another to obtain
from the United States, or from any agency, officer or agent thereof, any sum of money, shall
be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

§1003. Demands against the United States
Wright, Finlay & Zak LLP. & clients knowingly and fraudulently continue commit crim- inal acts of moral turpitude, to obtain Employees’ Securities Company shares and sum in the public stocks of the United States, and to have part thereof transferred, assigned, sold, or conveyed, by virtue of any false, forged, or counterfeited authority, and instrument, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both; but if the sum or value so obtained or attempted to be obtained does not exceed $1,000, he shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
