§1025. False pretenses on high seas and other waters
Wright, Finlay & Zak LLP., and clients, continue upon the Exclusive Economic Zone within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States, by multiple frauds, and false pretense, to obtain from private civilians incorporeal and corporeal heredi- tary divine rights by the procurement, execution and delivery of counterfeit instruments, as- signments, defaults and other writings for conveyance of real property, certificate items is- sued by blank endorsement signature of the Employees’ Securities Company, as maker, en- dorser, or guarantor, to and upon every bond, bill, receipt, promissory note, draft, or check, or any other evidence of indebtedness, to fraudulently sell, barter, or dispose of any bond, bill, receipt, promissory note, draft, or check, or other evidence of indebtedness, for value, knowing the same to be worthless, Federal Reserve Notes and that the signature of the mak- er, endorser, or guarantor Employees’ Securities Company has been obtained by false pre- tenses, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both; but if the amount, value or the face value of anything so obtained does not exceed $1,000, he shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

§1028. Fraud and related activity in connection with iden- tification documents, authentication features, and infor- mation
(a) Wright, Finlay & Zak LLP., and clients knowingly and without lawful authority
(7) knowingly transfers, possesses, or uses, without lawful authority, a means of identi- fication of another person RALPH BENDEL ® with the intent to commit, or to aid or abet, or in connection with, violations of Federal law not limited to restraint of trade and unfair busi- ness practices and constitutes a felony; and (D) an offense under paragraph (7) of such sub- section that involves the transfer, possession, or use of 1 or more means of identification if, as a result of the offense, any individual committing the offense obtains anything of value ag- gregating $1,000 or more during any 1-year period; (2) except as provided in paragraphs (3) and (4), a fine under this title or imprisonment for not more than 5 years, or both, if the of-
