I know that the case against my private persons has been filed in the incorrect venue, outside the judicial district to the several States of the American Union pursuant to the Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation and Constitution of the United States.
WILIDAH CUNNINGHAM® is privately owned and operated federally chartered financial institution that facilitates the flow of investment funds as a Government-Sponsored Enterprise “GSE”, acting as a private financial intermediary, providing access to national capital markets.
Congress declared private GSEs, Employees’ Securities Companies chartered as WILIDAH CUNNINGHAM® to be affected with a national public interest as a quasi-governmental entity registered pursuant to section 8A of the 1940 Investment Company Act.
Authority granted to the Congressionally chartered entities as a necessary means for the federal government to achieve an end assigned to it by the U.S. Constitution is inviolable and not to be infringed. This fact affirmed by the Supreme Court’s decision in McCulloch v. Maryland in 1819 (17 U.S. (4 Wheat.) 315).
