SPECIAL ENDORSEMENT
A Special Endorsement is an endorsement of a Check, Note or Bill of Exchange, authorizing payment to an Legal Adult or Artificial Entity other than the Legal Adult or Artificial Entity to which the check was originally written, as “Pay to the order of,” which is written on the front of the Check, Note or Bill of Exchange, therefore one must give Qualified Endorsement on the back, as “Pay to John Doe without recourse to I,” making self not liable for the payment of the Check, Note or Bill of Exchange.

Signature upon the front, as Authorized
Representative and a statement, as “Pay to the
Order of,” identifying the Legal Adult or
Artificial Entity to which the check should
be paid, which merely declares simply that an event would take place, on some condition or under circumstances, being a Qualifying Endorsement on the back, using words, Pay to Comcast W/O recourse.
Special Endorsement allows the Payee to whom Federal Reserve Notes, is to be Paid, Payable to another Legal Adult or Artificial Entity, by the words “Pay to the Order of” which means proceeding from, as the Cause through the Named Legal Adult or Artificial Entity, Whereas the Named Legal Adult or Artificial Entity on the front of the Check, Note or Bill of Exchange, must give Qualifying Endorsement on the back, by writing: Accepted, “Pay to SMUD Without Recourse to I,” which makes one not liable to the payment from the Check, Note or Bill of Exchange, although Payment is obtained by Payor.
