The American Public Health Association (APHA) declared racism, the force behind the racial wealth gap and educational attainment gap, and public health studies conclude that structural racism is the root for health inequities where populations branded black are most severely impacted.
Anti-Black Racism has been declared a human rights, and public health crisis in San Francisco in 2020.
