Self-Executing Security Interest Agreement No. KP-2020-9901 is entered into this 29th day February 2020 by commercial acceptance to secure financial public revenue unit interest of par for intentional breach to the public peace, in the equitable performance of official duties, by California Corporate Charter No. A0739073 doing business as The Permanente Medical Group Inc., and Kaiser Permanente, “Debtor” (herein “Kaiser”) mailing location 1 Kaiser Plaza Oakland, CA 94612 conducting unlawful business operations as a professional corporation, failing to prevent authorized agents doing business as employees, agents, board members, and contractors from executing illicit commercial schemes to conspire and profit by means prohibited by law.
California Corporate Charter No. A0739073 Amended and Restated Articles from Incorporation of The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. California Secretary of State public record, file date April 4, 2013 file date on April 5, 2013 and certified by Dr. Robert M. Pearl, M.D. and Dr. Patricia G. Padilla, M.D., specifically affirm the terms and conditions for operation by the company as a professional corporation to engage exclusively in activities not prohibited by law.
Legal evidence recorded by official business records issued in the form of e-mails certify willful, intentional, pattern engagement in activities and schemes prohibited by law, that breach the public peace, in contempt against the certified purpose and intent and scope of authority by conspiring California Corporate Charter No. A0739073 authorized agents.
Security interest claim Acceptance is acknowledged of receipt for detailed commercial criminal acts itemized herein such as, willful, intentional interference in trade and commerce by violence, threats, coercion and intimidation, through restraint of trade by California Corporate Charter No. A0739073’s authorized agents identified herein who have intentionally infringed against the filed corporate Amended Articles of Incorporation.
Security Agreement No.KP-2020-9901 serves as verified legal evidence to the commercial claim and valid security interest now held against California Corporate Charter No. A0739073 doing business as The Permanente Medical Group Inc., and Kaiser Permanente, “Debtor” (herein “Kaiser”) mailing location 1 Kaiser Plaza Oakland, CA 94612 in favor to U.S. Principal Party in Interest, Yolanda Lewis® dba Innovative Resources, “Secured Party” (herein “IR”); mailing location 2572 21st Sacramento County California.
The Security Interest identified in this Security Agreement No.KP-2020-9901 is executed as certification by Legal Evidence Claim to commercial interest now due and payable as evidence of indebtedness in favor of IR, due from California Corporate Charter No. A0739073, for engaging in, and conducting unlawful business operations as a professional corporation; and failing to prevent authorized agents from executing illicit commercial schemes to conspire and profit by means prohibited by law between August 2011 to February 2020.
