MAILING
INDIVIDUAL MAILING SERVICES: Most calendars can be mailed directly to each recipient from a customer supplied Excel spreadsheet address list. Minimum of 200 units or 50 lbs. required to qualify for bulk rate mailing. This option adds 1 day to standard production time.
The following mail service charges apply to selected standard non-personalized appointment calendars marked “FOB: MN”: Mail service with Excel spreadsheet provided, add $0.25(g) per calendar. For personalized calendars, add $0.35(g) each. Applicable mailing packaging and/or envelopes and postage charges will be added.
OPTIONAL IMPRINTED ENVELOPES: A return address and/or ad copy can be printed on the outside of the mailing envelopes for an additional charge: Set up charge $16.00(g) and running charge $0.06(g) per envelope.
For Christmas distribution, Vernon reserves the right to ship entire order directly to customer if mailing list is not received by November 1. For orders sold after October 15, the mailing list must accompany the order for Christmas distribution.
Some calendars may be combined for larger quantity pricing. Minimum quantities, less than minimum charges and absolute minimums apply to each subject. There are four groups of calendars that may be assorted within their own group. Calendars from one group may not be combined with calendars from another group.

COPY CHANGE: $28.00(d) per change. 150 min. per change. DROP SHIPMENTS: $13.00(d) per drop shipment.
ENVELOPES: Plain white envelopes are included with all calendar orders. Season’s Greetings envelopes available upon request only.

EXCLUSION OF ENVELOPES: Deduct $.02 each from list price to exclude envelopes. Must state “No Envelopes" on purchase order.
LESS THAN MINIMUM: Absolute minimum 100, add $45.20(d).
IMPRINTED ENVELOPES: Envelopes can be imprinted with return address or name, see prices below. Standard imprint color for envelopes is black. Colors other than black, add $33.30(d). For exact color match, add $52.00(d).

PROOFS: Black and white paper proof no charge. Finished proof $44.00(d) per color. Digital four-color proof $91.60(d). Paper proof only will be supplied after Sept. 1st. Proofs can delay shipment. A signed proof must be returned before order is considered ready for production and standard lead times take effect.
