              ISLAND-STYLE CHICKEN SALAD
              Yield: 1 Quart

              Ingredients:                                      2 tablespoons soy sauce
              2 cups chicken, chopped                           1 cup mayonnaise
              ½ cup onion, chopped                              3 drops dōTERRA Tropical Cuisine Blend

              ½ cup celery, chopped                             Salt and pepper to taste
              2 tablespoons garlic, minced (approximately 6 cloves)
                                                                Instructions:
              ½ cup crushed pineapple, strained
                                                                1.   Combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
              ¼ cup macadamia nuts
                                                                2.   Serve cold and enjoy!
              2 tablespoons pickled ginger, chopped
