BRIEF
• There is a 4 acre plot that has had 1 acre sold off already for social housing.
• We have the opportunity to get involved, to develop the remaining 3 acres.
• As discussed in our previous meeting, the Land has an estimated value of 1-2m (to be clarified)
• We have been given a basic dev footprint drawing of the plots on the site. It has had planning approved for 13 units, which are a mix of 3 x 2 bed terrace, 5 x 3 bed semi and 5 x 4 bed semi. The current planning is for the road facing plots.
• Examples of the style, look and feel are that of the buildings off Station Road Quainton (as advised in previous meeting )
• There is a second plot (phase), which consists of 9 plots. Made up of 2 x 2 bed terrace, 2 x 2 bed bungalow, 3 x 3 bed bungalow, 2 x 4 bed detached. Planning has not been approved for this yet and we need to get this pushed through as the development will not work as well doing it back to front.
