 High Performing Teams
In today’s competitive and fast paced work environment, we need to harness the expertise, experience and energy of all our people and foster collaboration across the organization. Teams are a way to do that and high performance teams accelerate continuous improvement and innovation to achieve dramatically higher results.
Good leaders have the understanding of team dynamics and the skills to lead a team for continuous improvement. They create an environment where people are focused on a common goal, want to work collaboratively, and support one another to excel. High performing teams have purpose, clear roles, and effective meetings for decision-making.
This module focuses on the skills to participate in and lead a team towards high performance and achieve results.
Learning Outcomes for this module:
Ø Enhanced understanding of types of teams and how they contribute to a C.I. environment
Ø Manage different behaviours and roles to improve team dynamics
Ø Adapt your leadership to different stages of team evolution to help develop a
