So, now that that is clear, I make my way to the office and stay there until around 3.30pm.

Absolutely nothing happens at the office. No calls, no sales, no visitors. Nada. I stay all day,
well, until around 3.30pm, then lock up and return home. For sure, there’s more traffic on the
roads and more people about, and that’s a welcome sign. Until I got home and the news reporters
are having a field day with the fact that, regardless of what the Government wanted people are
going back to work. All day, reporters have been picking up on the fact that life is returning to
normal, somehow.

Got home, and remembered I had some towels soaking in the sink, so dealt with those before
relaxing in front of the TV with Gilbert.

Last day of isolation is over, technically speaking. I guess that means this diary has come to an
end…or has it…I think another whisky is required before that decision can be made.

I expect there will be another Statutory Instrument issued soon, lifting some restrictions, but
implementing others. I wait and see.
