-Dip the dress in the water
-Focus on the bottom of the fringe near the skirt.
-Make your way to the body suit and with another small towel scrub off the tan stains.
-Do not leave the dress in the water too long because it can reactivate the glue where the rhinestones are.
-When you are finished, gently squeeze the excess water out of the dress. DO NOT TWIST!
