-Lay your dress flat and turn the hair dryer on high.
-This can take 20 minutes to half and hour to dry the dress. It depends on how much fringe you have.
-Focus more on the inside of the dress or bodysuit because it will typically be wetter.
-Lastly, shake the dress and lay it on a dry towel and spread the fringe. It should be fully dry in the morning.
