The Club has been host to many famous guests
over the years including: President Teddy
Roosevelt, Jr. Perry Como, Bing Crosby, Bob
Hope, Joe Biden, Warren Buffet, and country
star, Luke Combs.

In 1998 a veranda was added to the south side of

the building; a fitness center was constructed, and
the poolside concessions were expanded and
improved. The Club also celebrated its Centennial
that year.

In 2015 the club updated it’s heating and cooling
systems, the shingle style siding was
replaced, and a great deal was done to
update the décor of the interior. More changes
are always taking place both on the course and

at the Club House. The Field Club’s rich heritage
is a result of more than a century of dedicated
members and personnel, along with the greatest
members and personnel, along with the greatest
community of support! President Theodore Roosevelt addresses a crowd of over 400 in September of
1910 on the Field Club of Omaha Lawn.
