Refills
Refills are priced to purchase as up-grades or as refills to select models. The precision materials used for ball, ball bearing and ink consistency form a harmonious interaction for a pleasant writing experience. German/ Swiss manufacturing guarantees consistent quality at the highest level and meets ISO 12757-1 and 12757-2 quality standards.
Information
COLORS: Each model can be ordered in individual color combination according to color details mentioned on each page. Slight variations compared to original plastic parts are possible. Special colors can be produced according to your Pantone or HKS requirement on demand.
INFORMATION CONCERNING DIFFERENT ADVERTISING POSSIBILITIES
FILES - Please provide:
• Vectorfiles: Illustrator, FreeHand, Corel Draw (to version 11.0) with all fonts converted to curves (paths, outlines) in order to avoid problems with the fonts • Pixelfiles: Photoshop (600 dpi min.). The logo size must be 1:1 or bigger.
DIGITAL FOIL: Motive will be digitally printed on a hot-stamping-foil. High resolution data needed in CMYK. Print only possible in CMYK.
SCREEN-PRINT: Colors will be printed according to your color specifications (Pantone, HKS, RAL). Please consider following for halftone prints: Screen is halftone 40 (40 lines per centimeter), Halftone is between 20 and 80%.
PAD-PRINT: The film must be side inverted. Color specifications (Pantone, HKS, RAL) are required. Please consider following for halftone prints: Screen is halftone 48, (48 lines per centimeter), Halftone is between 20 and 80%.
• Minimum line thickness for films (screen- and pad imprint) positive 0,15 mm and negative 0,3 mm.
• For screen- and pad-prints according to Pantone, HKS or RAL on colored barrels please consider that it might be necessary to print white background (i.e. one printing color additionally).
ETCHING: The etching on the surface will appear dark grey, depending on the material. Please consider that for each 2,000 pcs. etchings we need one film (e.g. for 10,000 pcs. etchings we need 5 films).
• Attention: Maximum line thickness of texts and logos 1,2 mm.
LASER ENGRAVING: For laser engraving we need high resolution files (look at FILES).
WRAPAROUND: Indicate imprint areas wrapped around the barrel.
