Pricing
Prices effective until December 31st, 2017.
All prices are subject to change without notice; see our website for CURRENT pricing.
We are not responsible for incorrect pricing, production times and/or descriptions found on 3rd party databases, websites, yers or catalogs.
Setup Charges
Single position imprint or laser engraving included in all prices (unless indicated).
Setup $60.00 (c).
Repeat Setup $30.00 (c).
Payment Terms
Net 30 days for established distributors. If no credit terms are established, full payment is required before order is processed. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. No C.O.D. orders.
Ordering
All orders must be typed orders on customer’s of cial PO form or company letterhead. The PO must clearly include
the customer’s name, address, phone number, fax number, item number/name, quantity, unit price, item color, decorating method, ship method, ship to address, ship date, in-hand date and any other applicable information.
If there is no price on the Purchase Order, standard catalog pricing will be used.
Changes to orders must be submitted in written form referencing purchase order number. Fax or E-mail orders acceptable, verbal orders are not accepted.
Order acknowledgement will be sent via fax or email once order has been entered in our system.
Overruns/Underruns: We reserve the right to ship and bill up to 5% over or under.
Production Time
Standard production time is 3-4 weeks after receipt of proof approval. Any orders/sample requests submitted after 2 pm will not be processed until the next business day.
Repeat Orders
Exact repeat setups are half of the original setup fee. Previous order number, date and invoice number required.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be in writing. The customer is responsible for any incurred costs such as set ups, printing/engraving, proofs, artwork charge, packaging and any other expenses incurred by the factory.
Sizes
All imprint sizes shown in this catalog are approximate. 152
Additional Imprint Charges
Additional imprint location where applicable is $60 (C) setup plus $0.20 (C) run charge.
Additional imprint color(s) where applicable is $60 (C) setup each color plus $0.20 (C) run charge.
Copy change $60 (C) each copy.
Color change charge is $60 (C) each color.
Additional Engraving Charges
Additional engraving location where applicable is $60 (C) setup plus $1.60 (C) run charge.
Copy change is $60 (C) each copy.
Paper Proof
Two paper proofs will be supplied at no charge; each additional proof is $15 (G). Order will not be scheduled for production until paper proof approval has been received.
Random Samples
We provide up to $15.00 of random imprinted/blank samples. Samples over $15.00 will be billed at EQP.
Shipping is not included, please provide your courier account number for shipping. If courier information is not provided,
a valid Visa, Master Card or American Express must be provided prior to shipping.
Sample sales are nal and non-returnable or refundable.
Artwork

Purchase Order number required in subject line when emailing artwork. We require vector les with all fonts converted to curves (outlines, paths) to ensure correct fonts are being used and there are no delays in your order. Artwork must be sent the following formats: Corel Draw (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps)
Unusable artwork will be subjected to clean-up charges of $50.00 (c) per hour. Order might be delayed if artwork needs to be redrawn.
Shipping
All USA shipments are FOB Buffalo, NY. All CAN shipments are FOB Markham, ON.
Orders are shipped prepaid, with shipping charges added to the invoice. Air shipments must be con rmed in writing.
Collect or 3rd Party Shipments are subject to $8.00 (G) Handling Fee. Accurate “Bill To” information required to avoid Chargebacks. Distributor responsible for all Chargebacks. $15.00 (G) Fee will apply
Courier Shipments
To ensure safe delivery by parcel carriers (UPS, Fedex etc), additional packaging is required. $6.00 (G) per shipping carton will be added to the invoice.
