PRICES: Canadian prices do not include taxes and are FOB Ecorite Warehouse Toronto, Ontario. U.S. prices are FOB Buf- falo, NY and include taxes and duties. All prices are subject to change without notice. Please check up-to-date pricing by visiting our website www.ecorite.com
PAYMENT METHODS: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, Mon- ey Order, Certi ed or company cheque. New account orders must be paid in full with either a credit card or certi ed cheque prior to order leaving our dock. Credit must be established before terms can be applied to any order. Please contact us for further info. No C.O.D. orders. NSF cheques are subject to an additional service charge.
IMPRINTING CHARGES: A one color imprint on one location is included unless otherwise stated.
BLANK MERCHANDISE: Deduct $ 0.50 (g) / unit. Blank items can be shipped within 24 hours.
SCREEN & SET UP CHARGES: $50.00 (g) for each color including the rst for standard size up to 12” x 12”.
REPEAT ORDERS: Re-set up charge of $25.00 (g) per color within twelve months of original order. Customers must pro- vide copy of original art & invoice # to verify before imprinting.
SELF PROMO PRICING: Distributors looking to use styles for self promotion (printed with distributor logo) are entitled to EQP less 20% pricing on any stock style (screen charges are extra).
CANCELLATIONS: Charged at the cost of material & labor. PRE-PRODUCTION PROOF: Cost of Stock Item, screen set up
and any art charge plus $25.00 (g).
PAPER PROOF: First paper proof if requested by customer, is provided at no cost. Each additional paper proof is $9.38 (g)
RETURNS & CLAIMS: No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA #) - this is issued from our Head Of ce. Claims must be made within 30 days of invoice. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all blank returned goods. All blank items must be inspected and veri ed by the buyer/ decorator upon receipt to ensure the product is correct before printing and/or embroidery. No returns will be accepted once items are printed and/or embroidered by someone other than Ecorite. Ecorite printed goods will be subject to a full inspec- tion before any claim can be credited.
COLOR MATCHING: A PMS color matching charge of $18.75(g) will be applied as requested. An exact color match is still not guaranteed due to the varying degrees of fabric thickness, weave, and color, which re ect depth of shade dif- ferently. We do mix to match as close as possible. All imprint- ed orders must specify a PMS color. Stock ink colors are not subject to matching charges (see page 43 for stock colour list)
SAMPLES: Random stock samples are available at no charge up to a value of $12.50 (g) provided that a valid ship- ping account is given. Otherwise samples are sold at EQP pricing plus freight.
LESS THAN MINIMUM QUANTITY ORDERS: For printed orders less than Listed MOQ a “Less Than Minimum” order charge of $43.75 (g) applies. (Does not apply to samples)
PRODUCTION TIME: In-stock printed items ship 5-10 work- ing days after proof approval. For custom made domestic products allow 3-4 weeks. For custom overseas orders please allow 10-12 weeks for ocean delivery or 7-8 weeks for air de- livery unless quoted otherwise.
RUSH ORDERS: For 2-3 day production a rush charge of $37.50(g) will apply. Rush production is only available for screen printed orders. Please call to con rm production availability . Ecorite is not responsible for delays incurred while an order is in transit.
DROP SHIPPING: The rst 2 delivery addresses are includ- ed at no additional charge; a charge of $12.50(g) per location will be applied for each additional address provided.
IMPRINT AREA: Artwork will be sized to utilize maximum product imprint area unless otherwise speci ed on P.O.
FABRIC DISCLAIMER: Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot always guarantee the continuity of exact color shade from order to order of the same item. Minor dif- ferences may occur in fabric weight, nish and overall size of nished product from lot to lot. Color fastness of 100% cotton materials is not guaranteed and Cotton products will shrink after wash. Please note that Natural cotton shrinks more than colored or white cotton.
ORDER CONFIRMATION: All orders must be in writing. Any changes to orders must be con rmed in writing and may af- fect original shipping date.
TRADEMARKS: All copy or other material submitted for use by Ecorite to produce items ordered will be accepted as being in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trade- mark, copyright of privacy, patent or similar protection. Cus- tomer warrants indemnifying and holding Ecorite harmless in any infringement action as a result of printing the artwork.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Ecorite’s liability for econom- ic, property, damage, or personal liability arising from the sale, shipment, storage, handling or use of goods, whether based on alleged negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed in aggregate, the amount paid by the customer for the goods causing such damage. Under no circumstances will Ecorite be liable for any consequential damage (including, without limitation, loss of use or lost pro t), or any damages suffered by third party.
