1. Native files from Illustrator CS5 or earlier, Photoshop CS5 or older, InDesign CS5 or older, Please see specific requirements below in regards to each software package. DO NOT send PDF or EPS files exported from these documents. Always supply the native layout files as per these instructions.
2. If you are sending a flattened file from Photoshop, please save that file as a LEVEL 12 JPG image at 100% scale.
3. Please provide a 1" bleed on all layouts unless otherwise noted on your product template.
4. Convert all fonts to Outlines or rasterize them in Photoshop.
5. DO NOT embed your raster images into your layout program (ie: Illustrator). Please "link" these images using the appropriate procedure according to your software.
6. Include any linked or placed files. Do not place .EPS raster images in your layout program. Instead save .EPS raster images as Maximum Quality Level 12 JPG images before placing them into your layout program. Do not place .EPS vector images either. Simply cut and paste those vector objects directly to your layout file.
7. Resolution at 100% should be 120 ppi/dpi for raster images.
8. RGB or CMYK color spaces are accepted. However, please do not mix elements from both.
9. Include a color preview PDF or low resolution JPG of your layout.
NOTE: For artwork please add 1" to each side of artwork to allow for bleed. Example: 4-sided 6 foot cover is 128" x 86" so make artwork 130" x 88".
Brand Identity General Information
Proof: Proofs are provided to customer electronically via email on every order. The first proof is free. Additional proofs may incur a proof revision charge of $15.00 (G) each, plus any additional design time. Proofs are a mandatory part of our production process and cannot be waived. All proof approvals received after 12:00pm CST will be counted as received on the next business day. Production time begins after the proof approval is received.
Speculative Samples: See product page for quantities of one. A 1/4 scale print of the entire art file is provided. This is the best and most accurate way to represent the entire printed piece. A spec sample will show color and image representation of the whole piece, excluding any finishing.
Warranty: All products are designed to provide the user with a cost effective and durable product. Unless otherwise stated on individual catalog page. All indoor graphics have a one year warranty. All outdoor graphics have a 90 day warranty. Warranties do not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at factory’s discretion.
