Ink Color Change: USD$20.00(V)/CAD$26.20(G) per change, per logo/plate/ screen.
Metallic Ink Imprints: Due to packaging requirements, a USD$0.20(V)/CAD $0.26(G) per item fee applies for bulk packed items.
PMS Imprint Colors: USD$55.00(V) /CAD$72.05(G) per color, per order. A PMS color is matched as close as possible, however absolute color match is not guaranteed due to product surface and color.
PROOFS AND CONFIRMATIONS
Art Proof and Con rmation: Are sent via email at no charge 1-2 business days after receipt of order and workable art. Approval of artwork and pricing is required before production and ship dates are scheduled. Late art approval may delay production.
A proof is sent on every imprinted order except for the listed items below and PO received indicating a proof is not necessary.
Exact Re-orders: A proof is not sent for exact repeat orders unless speci cally requested on purchase order.

Pre-Production Proof (PPP)/Spec Sample/Digital Proof: Purchase order required. Applicable charges will be invoiced. Digital proofs require an additional USD$25.00(V)/CAD$32.75(G) processing fee. Please contact Ariel for details, including charges and production time for stock and non-stock items.
Virtual/Mockup Proofs: Purchase order not required. However, production time may vary as in-house orders take priority. Charges may apply pending complexity, number of items, and/or art modi cations. A PDF with logo placement is used as the virtual/mockup proof. Self-serve virtual sample and PDF templates are also available at arielpremium.com.

Other Shipping Methods: USPS is available for APO addresses only. Package
tracking may not be available.
International Shipments:
Canada Shipments: Are shipped duties/taxes, freight and brokerage pre- paid, unless otherwise noted on purchase order, or with an alternative shipper account number provided. Visit arielpremium.com for current FOB Toronto, Canadian pricing. Applicable duties/brokerage are included in Canadian pricing listed in this catalog. GST/HST will be prepaid and added to invoice. All charges are listed in detail in order con rmation.
Destinations Outside USA and Canada: Contact Customer Service for details as additional charges and/or restrictions may apply. Ariel is not responsible for any delivery delays due to Customs clearing processes.
Note: Billing information is required for all orders shipping on a 3rd party shipper account number. Orders intended for Mexico must ship to a broker in the USA.
“Dangerous Goods” Air Shipment: Some products such as hand sanitizers are classi ed as “dangerous goods” due to alcohol content. Air shipment of these products will incur additional charges. Please see individual product pages for details.

Returns: Must have Return Authorization Number for Ariel to accept delivery. Please contact Ariel before returning any merchandise. A USD$32.00(V)/CAD$41.92(G) restocking fee may apply for blank goods.
Drop/Split Shipments: USD$10.00(V)/CAD$13.10(G) per address after rst address, plus freight charges. A USD$32.00(V)/CAD$41.92(G) repackaging fee applies for split addresses not received with the initial order.
Individual Item Packaging: Stress relievers are generally bulk packaged. Packaging for all other items is included in product detail. Factory reserves the right to poly-bag any product at no charge. To individually poly-bag bulk shipped items, a charge of USD$0.20(V)/CAD$0.26(G) per piece applies. Speci c packaging requirements, beyond one piece per poly-bag may be available at additional charges. Please contact Ariel for quote.
Incorrect Shipping Address/Account: USD$32.00(V)/CAD$41.92(G) per destination plus additional carrier charges per package for addresses corrected and/or changed.

Product Safety: Ariel products are safety tested and meet U.S. market standards for promotional products. Our products are intended for adult and general use and not intended for children under 3-years, CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act), testing is completed on various products. CPSIA is not pre-labeled on most items. Orders intended for children 12-years or younger require a CPSIA tracking label imprint in order to be in compliance with CPSIA. This additional imprint is USD$0.15(V)/CAD$0.20(G) per item for gel items and USD$0.10(V)/CAD$0.13(G) per item for other products. Product Uniformity: Product color, design, texture, and/or density may vary with inventory replenishments. Imprinting methods used are adjusted by hand-eye coordination. While very e ort is made for imprint consistency, a totally uniform imprint on each piece cannot be guaranteed.
